Accuro Biologics Ltd announces successful completion of a research project with Roche

ABERDEEN, UK -- 17 June, 2008 -- Accuro Biologics Ltd, a privately held biotechnology services company, announces the successful completion of a research project conducted on behalf of Roche. The project to engineer a Roche antibody was one of several work-packages now conducted under a multi-year Research Agreement originated in November 2005. Accuro Biologics will receive research fees and in the event Roche pursues further development could receive milestone payments on future product sales.
